Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Spira — Mindful Breathing mobile application ("Spira", "the App") operated by us. By downloading, accessing, or using Spira, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

Spira provides guided breathing rhythms, mindfulness tools, and educational physiology notes for general relaxation, focus, and wellness purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: Spira is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any physical or mental health condition.
  • Listen to Your Body: Always practice breathing exercises comfortably in a safe environment. Never practice breath-holding techniques while driving, operating machinery, or in or near water. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or uncomfortable at any point, stop the exercise immediately and resume normal breathing.
  • Consult a Professional: If you have respiratory, cardiovascular, or other medical conditions, consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new breathing practice.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Spira on an Apple iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Usage Rules.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, breathing animations, haptic patterns, text, graphics, icons, and software code included in Spira are the intellectual property of Spira and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spira is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

5. Updates & Modifications

We may update, enhance, or modify features of the App or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Spira following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
